I still had a terrible back pain. But I could ride bicycle and moreover it eased the pain. I couldn't stay calm.

Roller Bike 15mins

Thanks to back pain I could find the strongest position to avoid painful pedaling form. In the evening I gave up running because of a sudden rain.

I went swimming early this morning but the swimming pool was closed. So I jogged for 30mins subsidiary. At lunch time I pedaled roller bike.

Bike 70km

I rearranged saddle position to weaken back pain caused by pedaling. Thanks to it I could ride to Mogumogu. It was a windy day after a typhoon passed.

My lower back ache was deteriorating. I couldn't keep sitting on a chair because of pain. It might be that I'll not start the race on next Sunday.
