Bike 70km + Jog 8km

I woke up early and went biking to Mogumogu. I removed DH attachment to prepare for Tokai Block championship on next Sunday. The rear tire bursted on the way. After biking I jogged at Heiwa Park.

Swim 4,300m + Run 4×1000m

I swam as usual Saturday this afternoon. I was so good physical condition in the evening that I ran at Heiwa Park. Maybe thanks to last 2 days running workouts I could ran with ease. I should run every day.

Run 10×300m + Roller Bike 15mins

It rained all day long today. So I ran in a shower at lunch time and pedaled at night in my house. I noticed that the saddle was a little higher than the proper place.

It rained this morning. So I didn't rode bicycle to got to work. Thus I ran at lunch time. I was soaked with sweat.
